Preparations for the 37th Annual

Heller Orchard's Apple Festival are underway!

The 2024 Apple Festival was by far one of the biggest & best festivals we have had. Nearly 120 vendors, beautiful weather, fantastic entertainment, & an amazing crowd. Lets make 2025 just as great!

See the information below for application deadlines, how to become a vendor, & vendor guidelines. 

Interested in becoming a vendor?

Send an email to askhellers@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Individual Name

  • ​Business Name

  • Items you sell

  • Price Range

  • At least 2 pictures of items you sell​

If there are available spaces, we will forward along an application for you to print & mail.

If you were not present for the 2024 Apple Festival, you will need to follow the

instructions for new vendor. Note in the email the last year you attended the festival.

Application Deadline

Please note, any returning vendors will be accepted with first pick of vendor location if received by first deadline. All other vendors will be reviewed after returning vendors deadline on a first come, first serve basis. Applications received after the final deadline will not be accepted.

 

Application Deadlines:

Returning Vendor Application - June 1st

If returning vendor application is submitted past the deadline, you are not guaranteed the same space as previous years. 

All Other Vendor Applications - August 1st

You may submit your application with check at any point after receiving the application to be reviewed in June. Reminder, these are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis; the sooner you apply, the more likely you will be accepted. If application is received and no spaces are available, your application and check will be returned.

This vendor information guide will provide you with all the details you need to ensure a smooth and successful experience at the festival.

Important Reminder:
Don’t forget to pick up your vendor packet upon arriving before setting up your stand. The packet will include essential details including any last-minute updates to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

  • Event Timing: Held regardless of weather.

  • Check-in Requirement: Vendors must pick up a packet at the office (she-shed) upon arrival prior to setting up.

    • Vendor Check-in Dates & Times:

      • Friday, October 17th 12-2pm & 5-6pm​

      • Saturday, October 18th  7:30-8:30am​

  • Tobacco-Free: No tobacco use allowed on festival grounds.

  • No Personal Raffles: Vendors cannot hold personal raffles.

  • No Pets: Pets are prohibited on festival grounds.

  • Parking: Vendors are required to park only in designated areas. Each vendor will receive one parking permit for use in any of the vendor parking lots. Additional vendor vehicles must be parked in the lot near St. Johns Church.

    • No Parking in Customer Lots

  • Vehicle Restrictions: Vendor vehicles may not be on the festival grounds between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Booth Setup: Vendors need to bring their own setup materials (tents, tables, chairs, leveling supplies), as the grounds may be uneven.

  • No Electricity: There is no electrical access for vendors. You may bring a generator if needed.

  • Space Usage: Vendors are required to remain within their designated spaces. Setting up tables, merchandise, or other items in walkways or vacant areas surrounding your assigned space is strictly prohibited.

  • Age Requirement: Vendors must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult and maintain professional conduct.

  • Committee Discretion: The committee reserves the right to deny future attendance based on behavior or products sold.

  • No Refund Policy: Once a vendor's application is approved and they are accepted into the current year's festival, no refunds will be issued if the vendor is unable to attend. Exceptions may be made if the festival committee is notified before the final application deadline, allowing the purchased space to be resold.

**Non-compliance with the rules and regulations outlined in the vendor application or communicated through official channels may result in the denial of future applications.**
